Layers: 162 (well really like 450 but that was because I copied the flowers so many times)
Hardest part: shadows and choosing colors
Most entertaining: outlining--i spent much more energy doing the lines

I'm not really sure how much I like this vector. I think the look is pretty OK --" since the original scan was a very washed out style of art which is hard to vector without some blurring etc. which I'm obviously too lazy to do. Also, not a big enough fan of gino to vector him.
Generally it's pretty clean--minus the shadows which don't seem entirely right since I had to partly make them up (and i really rushed the ones in rollo's hair. The background is just based on elements of the original background. I wish I did the original flower vector a bit cleaner. Also I'm sad that i didn't replicate the patterns on the clothes since that was what made the original scan so pretty
Changed the colors, at first I tried brighter colors and to make their skin tones normal but it looked too blaahhh so I tried to preserve some of the original's color tone. I spent like 2 hours playing with the colors for Rollo's clothes but I got sick of it, not really sure how much I like the final coloring but it's decent I guess.
Although I am happy with the outlining. I tried to do thicker lines to see what the outcome would look like, and I have to say I liked it a lot and it made it much easier to color.

i actually really agree with the skin being too pale. originally when there were no flowers i really liked it but the flowers do wash them out. i did the layering for lelouch SO messily so i think hes too yellow now (he looks like egyptian haha) but its such a pain in the ass for me to change his coloring. i do think the new coloring looks good but the feel isnt the same from the scan anymore. it has also come to my attention that yellows look WAY different on my computer than on others, but i'm too lazy to transfer to my super ancient desktop to play with colors. do let me know if lelouch and rollo are now like bright orange or something
and i agree with the background being empty in the middle. originally i tried to replicate the cloud like things but it was too much of a pain. and i blurred the lines as much as i dared but i dont know if the entire problem of jaggedness is fixed--i actually think that the jaggedness comes from some bad cutting that i did with the selection tool, hopefully i can undo it --"

It's a nice vector...some of the lines are a little jaggy,so you should blur them and make this wall have a softer feel...
I think the upper part is a little empty...maybe some text of some textures would look cool...also I agree it would look nice if you added the details that were on their clothes originally...
also,I know that making kinda pale vector is your style since all your works are like that,but I think you should at least saturate their skin,because the flowers are already white,so the skin would look like a nice contrast ^^ -

I like the vector, the jagged lines on top kill the smoothness
of it all. Background is nice and fits well with the design
on them, the fowers are also a bit jagged.Maybe some texture added will make a nice
addition and probably some text since it looks simply
nice but in complete (if that makes sense). -

I agree with christa that your style is the pale skin so I won`t say anything. Hurray for thicker outlines! This vector would look nicer if the lines weren`t so jagged. I was a fan of the detail on their clothes so it`s too bad you left it out.
I adore the flowers in the background. Flowers are <3. -

Wow this picture is rather interesting lol. For me personally I can't find a thing wrong with the vector and if anything I think it's dam near perfect. This lines are superb and the colors are vibrant and the concept is awesome. I could not have done a better job myself so congrats to you on this outstanding work of art. Thanks for sharing!
