This wallpaper is quite similar to my KAMPAI! wallpaper in terms of the methods used to make it and the choice in image.
I originally took this image from an episode of Tengen, although I can't remember which one:
I then traced and painted it with use of my Wacom tablet in Photoshop. While I was blocking in the colours it struck me that I needed to make it more interesting. So I decided to add blue sky in Nia's hair and night sky over the black parts of the illustration, as Tengen has theme's about both.

I love the idea for this one. And I think it would make such an awesome wallie, if the lines were more accurate and neat. And maybe colored lines wouldn't be a bad idea either.
