Very cute! I can definitely tell it's Mina(ko) from Sailor Moon ;).
There's beautiful coloring here, though you may want to look at how other people move, how clothes and people look
in certain poses (for example, how do hands look when in a certain position?). Try looking at magazines or clothing
advertisements, or looking for reference pictures on a stock photo site. "People watching" also helps with
movement. Recreate the poses with which you have trouble, and keep practicing; I think you're doing quite well!
