Ah, I knew someone would vector this image. The thing I don`t like about your vector is the outline. It`s a bit messy and not smooth. It would be nice to just have one smooth curve instead of a block-ish curve. This is especially true on C.C`s hair.

The coloring is nice, I was waiting to see this vector
from someone. However the lines are very mis guided I'll say,
and seem very messy mostly around the turning corners such as:
Lelouch and his lower hairs, C.C's hair, C.C's shoulder.Try working on a smooth line goal, it makes the vector
so much better and more attractive. -
