Mononoke and Bakeneko are hands down one of my favorite animes and I really do not know who does not like it. I recently
only got into the series a few months ago. I automatically started to think of wallpapers. Inspiration came from the
first episode when Kusuriuri was siting in front of a painting and slightly turned his head. For a moment it was like
looking at a painting. I wanted to do this optical illusion looking thing thus born the sliding doors. I hope it make
sense. Anyway about the wall Kusuriuri was vectored from a scan and his other self was hand drawn with reference from
sreencaps. This is my first hand drawn thing. I wanted to include more of his head, to show off his cute little ears,
but I could not get the hair line right. I did not vector the flowers that came from somewhere else. I had vectored
flowers but they did not fit so I copped out and used those. As you can see everything else is vectored. This is the
first wall I really did put a lot of effort in. I hope that I got my view across
Credit where credit is due
reference to other self incase nobody knows what he looks like

Beautiful work!
The texture reproduce perfectly a Japanese sliding door! And gives a look light and refined to the wall!
I really like the way you combine the colors! Many colors, as usual! -

Yay, finally another Mononoke wall (there should be more for this series). It's one of my favourites as well.
First of all I really have to praise you for the use of that sliding door, not only is it a creative idea, I think it also fits the show quite well.
The vector is awesome and I like all the different textures you used, to sum it up:
Awesome wallie. :) -

wow, marvellous! The whole idea and the art itself XD! If the background were wilder, aww how should I put this, more "Mononoke" style XD, that'd be soooo perfect! But this's perfect enough though XD!
