The vector is good and well done, but this is a Chobits character, not Tsubasa. Also did you make this? I just checked out the DeviantART link, and in the description it says it was a prize for a contest.

Actually, this version of Chii being from Tsubasa is accurate. There is a character that looks exactly like Chii, but the only difference is her ears. n_n
