i finished this like before 22 august, cant remember, but then there was a bug invasion.

ok back to vector
i had to reconstruct the decorations on her fan, also i made some small changes if anyone noticed them.
29 layers, 6 hours, and sorry for small resolutions i resized psd to smaller res to fit with the wall size, but then i
saved it after the original and now i lost big sized res one, sorry guys T_T
btw i made a background but it was a big failure, but fear not i will do it again :)
oh god i will never get tired of doing her eyes, and her hair kills it took me the most time.

C.C. is always beautiful in anything. I think this outfit makes her look so sophisticated. The red dress is just stunning on her. I love what you did with the vector. Every line is so smooth and the thickness is just right. The designs on the fan are awesome.
