This is for the group depths-of-sound. If you like anime and music, why not join a group with people who share the same passion? :)

I first saw this scan and really liked it... So I decided to make a wallpaper out of it. I spent 3 days vectoring the girl. Music is a major part of my life as well as anime, so I thought why not combine the two... XD There isn't really else much to say. I have a few other alternative versions (only 1920 available since they are too big for Imageshack):
No Exclusion Layer
Background Textured, Light Character Texture
Textured (No Japanese)
Textured (with Japanese)

The Japanese on the top also says, "Music is Life." The font used is AoyagiKouzanFontSousyo2.

Misc. Information:

Original Canvas Size: 5000 x 3125
File Size: 99.6 Mbs
Resolution: 300 dpi

    First to comment! For once...

I love this wall! It's so peaceful and simple yet in its way, beautiful. Your vectors are as clean as always, with lovely details. The gleam in her eyes and the shine on the headphones caught my eye.. ^_^ Very serene and soothing choice of colours, definitely puts one in a mood for some relaxing with music. You're making it hard to choose which version I prefer.. While I like the wall with texture over that gorgeous girl, I also love how the cleaner version just accentuates that deep blue of her hair.. Then again, there's more depth with the textures... Aiks, just say, I love them both! XD

Speaking of which, may I know where you got those the first texture and the light texture from? They're really cool. Oh and the 'Light Texture' version and the 'Textured(with Japanese)' version are the same. Was that intentional?

Cool composition of text. Is it your motto? :D Another reason this wall got my attention is that it was similar to an idea that I had for Nabari no Ou.. Only it was Miharu, a guy. Though they look quite similar.. :P

Fave I must! (Oh and this is my way of saying, "I'm free from exams now!")

Oh and I will just beat dslassey to this too; where's the group banner? Obviously this ought to be going in that music group's gallery of yours. :) And maybe you could use Photobucket or something for the higher resolutions? I would like to see them..

When I first saw this scan, I was entranced - I think the same thing has happened with your wallpaper. As Anja said, your vector is super smooth. And dang, what a large resolution! :o

I love the mood of the wallpaper - it's so... gaah, I can't put words to it for some reason. And excellent use of textures, my good man. I'm also loving what you did to the Headphone cord - really stylish.

    Very nice. ^^
