The entire theme of this wallpaper is inspired by the shirt the character is wearing. The phrase "Urban Hell" instantly popped into my mind. I wanted to go for a bit of a grunge theme with just a little extra color to it.

I think it looks pretty good, though there are a few blurry points in the background that I don't like.
