About the background:
It's a mix of painting and some loaded brushes in photoshop :)
The background is base on the title background of the game Aveyond 2 XD...
About the vector:
The original vector was cut in Lacus' dress and hair so I did complete the vector by vectoring a little part of Lacus'
dress and hair and also adding a leg on Lacus(*though I'm not that good in vectoring :(*)
