Well, I got the scan from here, again, and I did a vector that doesn't looks like a vector, again...
The background: simple gradient
Columns: photo> vector> add pattern> reproduce> resize
Curtains: many bands in different opacity on top of another> reproduce> warp
Floor: plaid brush> perspective> add pattern
To finish it: convert to B&W
