I am interested in the succession work of Higurashi now.

Are you serious? "Umineko no Naku Koro ni" is another Higurashi? Well, not ANOTHER, but it's like made by the same people?
It's sort of implied with the English translation of both of them:
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni: "When they cry"
Umineko no Naku Koro ni: "When the Seagulls cry"Well, if I'm not wrong, that is. But geez, Umineko is good. I watched it. But Higurashi was better, imo. :D
