I get this manga scan from ryu999 and i had blend it in few layers to get this color.
Try to make it look like a print on an old paper.
use splater brush to decorate the background and i had gt some new font from verycd.com so i used i here.
'Hit in the USA' is one of the theme song in BECK anime ^.^
