Ahhh, dame, dame, my romantic side (I actually have one O_o) is coming out...
*sigh* I always thought it was the sweetest thing to confess in a ferris wheel, not to mention kissing when you reach
its top and the whole area is a witness of your love. I don't know why... it is after all a huge (dangerous) steel
wheel...

Anyways, I used this stock for the wheel and (blessed
be AP for its scans) this lovely image.
I kept the simplicity of the vector and made an eye for Risa. I dunno why, but the picture looked... lonely without any
opened eyes. I took her eye from a random image.
Also, thanks to Kit-chan for giving me two awesome textures (I used one in this wall) that I'll be sure to abuse in the
near future >3
