Puppu. . . Toro Toro. Lawl. I found this little picture on google images and decided to vector it. I'm making a wallpaper with it, but thought I'd submit the vector in case someone else wants to do something with it. I do not know the origins of this picture, it looks like an official picture, but if it is a fan art please let me know. The only information of the original picture is this: Very bottom of page (spoiler click to view)

Oh man, that's so cute. xD
Though, the lines could be a bit smoother, there are parts that are a bit jagged. If you're using photoshop, alt+click on the anchor points and you can smooth it out. (In Illustrator it's ctrl+c for the watchamacallit tool that has the same effect)But overall I like it.
