Hehe this is pretty fun every time I get a fave or watcher. It kind of gives me

There's a lot of promise in this image. Sadly, it is let down by sloppy & lazy finishing. The shading is badly rushed. That ear-ring thing looks so out of place & mismatched, it is obvious you didn't make it. The background looks as distorted & ragged as the jewellery. Don't rush the last few touches or you can really ruin what would otherwise be a good piece.
I like the way you did face, the calm and peaceful expression, and the gradient colouring. But I agree with Saikusa, I like the pose and the way you drew the hair, but the colouring looks rather sloppy, there were a lot of places where the colours are out of the lines, when it looks like it shouldn't be, and there are a few jagged edges here and there. The earring looks a bit out of place, 'cause it's too 3-D. I think this has potential to be awesome, if you just clean it up a bit.....
