Lovely
vectoring, the computer turned out really well. They looks so 3D 
The mouths of both of them bother me a little. I think you should have stuck with the original colour for the girl-whose-name-I-can't-remember. Right now it looks a little bright, and despite it being one of the smallest things on the wall, it was the first thing I noticed. Lelouch's bottom lip is a bit to sharp, and kinda makes him look like an amateur drawing. If you look closely at the screenshot, you can see what I'm talking about.
Overall it looks nice ^_^ Keep it up.

nice thin outline, but the tone and depths of the colors are really nice. Liked
how you were able to replicate it from the screenshot very well, but enhance it
especially. ^^
