Great job. An interesting scene. I've never seen these two as a couple XD Lovely vectoring, the computer turned out really well. They looks so 3D XD
The mouths of both of them bother me a little. I think you should have stuck with the original colour for the girl-whose-name-I-can't-remember. Right now it looks a little bright, and despite it being one of the smallest things on the wall, it was the first thing I noticed. Lelouch's bottom lip is a bit to sharp, and kinda makes him look like an amateur drawing. If you look closely at the screenshot, you can see what I'm talking about.
Overall it looks nice ^_^ Keep it up.
