Spent a pretty good amount of time working on this. It was one of those spur of the moment, when I saw the scene I thought to myself "MUST VECTOR IT!", I decided vectoring the background from the original didn't interest me, so I vectored the part where lelouch screamed(epic, or at least to me it was) and added some effects here and there. If you can tell(lol), i purposely made Shirley's skin color more pale. Hope you like it.
Most Funnest part of vectoring this..... was his eye ._.', just loved how his eye(sarcastic) was so blurred inside the screenshot that i had to wing it ._.'
