I like the warm colors, great palette choice. I also like the lineart. It's not vector sharp... it's messy

The character is simply charming. It's realistic because it lacks the perfect anime like features. The idea with
the pages is something I've never seen before, so congrats on another splendid creation.

Before anything else, let me tell you that this one's an older work of mine that never got submited from ... laziness reasons ^_^' Those who know me on deviantART will know I have more art submited over there, but since I wasn't as active as I should be over here, I'll be uploading some art here as well :D
Well, here we have Sam-chan in all her glory (complete name being Samantha McDove, my OC from my unfinished story "System Overload"). Do you like her? I know what some of you must be thinking - that she looks like Robin from Zone, but no, she is my own character. I just noticed it after I read it
Guess it's time you know a little bit about her. On the outside she looks just like any ordenary college student, but the truth is that she is in fact one of Britan's top detectives. She is truly clever (a true genius of her generation) and has solved every case she has ever took - plus, she holds the reord of 37 cases solved in 24h (from were she got her nickname as "the one-day detective").
She dose not remember who her parents were, but she moved in with her "older brother" (not blod-related) at the age of 16 and since then she wished to be like him - he was the chif-inspector with the London police. When she was 18, he died at what she will leter discoved to be risques of the job, leaving her alone once again (in the papaers it said that he performed suicide by trowing himself off a abandoned building).
I know I make her life sound like a living hell, but if she wouldn't have gone trew all that she would never be the gilr she is today.
Most of the times she's fun, tends to wine and moves her arms a lot when explaining. When working with someone other then herself she askes a lot of questions that she already knows the answers to in hopes that her partner will find the answer on his own and not depend on her. She also is a good figter and has knolage in Asian battle tehniques (which she was taught by her current "secretary").
Anyway, you should expect to see more of her and some of my other characters quite soo. I'm shure you'll all love them.

This is beautiful... it's like a cross between an anime character and an old fashioned newspaper etched illustration. Wonderful style, lovely neutral warming colours.
