Except that Makoto has orange hair, and has never, to my knowledge, worn the school uniform from Kanon. Well, not that it would prevent any artist from putting her in one, I guess.
But no, I don't think that is Makoto.
This one is really hard to choose category... At first glance, I recognised the girl on the left is Minagi, so I assumed the girl on the right is Michiru of course... but then I noticed the uniform... the hairstyle... Isn't it Makoto in Kanon? Why these two are together? I'm really wandered but it's definitely Makoto! So I choosed the cross over category.
