Long been away from here and I am back now!
A vector for my friend PinkRoseLacus ,who likes Lacus a lot,and so do I.
For this vector,the original pic is a screensnap of Meer,so you might feel
familar with the vector bacause you must have seen Meer in this dress in GDS,but
I do think Lacus is breautiful in this outfit.
Lacus's dress is the most difficult part,it almost killed me!Totoally I spent
about 19 hours on this vector and I am positive at least half of the time was
for her dress,the original pic was too small yet not that clear,compared to the
screensnap,you could see I made some changes to the pic(colors are most
noticeable)

nice vector..At first I thought it was Meer..not until I saw the hairclip xD..their hairclips is only item that I know to recognize who's Lacus and Who's Meer..
