Long been away from here and I am back now!
A vector for my friend PinkRoseLacus ,who likes Lacus a lot,and so do I.
For this vector,the original pic is a screensnap of Meer,so you might feel familar with the vector bacause you must have seen Meer in this dress in GDS,but I do think Lacus is breautiful in this outfit.
Lacus's dress is the most difficult part,it almost killed me!Totoally I spent about 19 hours on this vector and I am positive at least half of the time was for her dress,the original pic was too small yet not that clear,compared to the screensnap,you could see I made some changes to the pic(colors are most noticeable)

    lacus looks really relax, with the wind blowing at her hair so charmingly...

    Wow, this is so pretty! Even though it was originally Meer, it looks so gorgeous as Lacus as well. Your detailed vectoring is very well done, and I love the colours! Overall a great vector!

    nice vector..At first I thought it was Meer..not until I saw the hairclip xD..their hairclips is only item that I know to recognize who's Lacus and Who's Meer..

    Anyways love the vector..keep up the good work ^^
