Erhm, text in the background seems totally japanese to me. I can recognize some kanji's and there is hiragana in there. ^^'

Text is definitely Japanese, no question.
But the artist's name is definitely Vietnamese... hrm.
Vietnamese was originally written like Chinese, but now it uses Roman letters... so why Japanese?Ah, the mysteries of life...
