I'm glad that I finished in time :)
Sorry though... I said I was going to try something new but I can't think of anything T_T
But then I hope you'll like this present ^_^'
Bet you didn't expect me to use this scan though XD I kinda changed her eyes so it's not really that chibi-ish.

Let me see... I spent more time on the vector than the background...? I had some trouble vectoring Maggie because I did some stupid mistakes... -_- As for the background... I just wanted something simple... The background is similar to the original scan's, just different colors :D The only thing I like about the background is the colors... It's really nice for the eyes XD

Anyways, I should stop saying nonsense.... So yea, hope you guy will like it...

    Once again, you demonstrate how smooth and clean your vectors are. You're a supurb vector artist. And I wish I could soft-shade like you. T_T
    Anfd I agree that the background is very soothing and nice on the eyes.
    The title reminds me of a chapter from the manga in which a library appears every.... 40 years or so at midnight.
