Finally, my entry for the dearest 
's contest! >u<
The original premise was "find a Arina black-and-white scan and paint it,
and make a wallpaper out of it". 
So I got this, coming from Time Stranger Kyoko's title chapter picture's back, a
cute little pic~
OMG here
it is!
When seeing the picture, my first idea was a dramatic blood-colored sunset
(color-wise only, there's no violence implied here! xDD) with tragic crow
feathers falling around~ but then again, a mystical night with a shining full
moon and white dove feathers would be good too... so I ended up making both, in
a two-versions wallpaper, ZOMG! xDDDD
(it was really troublesome paiting the clouds and feathers twice, though..
xDD)
It was also really troublesome vectoring Kyoko-chan's hair outlines... but I'm
happy with the results.
Sky (or skies, since I need to count the night version as well, as everything
was done twice~ xDD) were painted with a help of this scan, thanks much to
ModoshiKurefu for submiting it~

I used great brushes on making the forest too, so I didn't even have to go
through the (incredible) trouble that would be vectoring it~ I was happy, they
worked well, lol~ >u<

for the other version, I can't decide! I like them both!
I like that feeling of altitude, from the way you placed the trees and feathers, it looks mystical! And the vectoring is good, I like the outlines and the colors you chose

it got more contrast in color and its more darkish

I like both versions...pity you can't submit both here...I love your style! I lost the patience trying to vector anything of Arina's...extracting is enough of a pain!

It's a great and solid vector and the color scheme looks very interesting.
The red and orange you used adds a very strong sense of urgency and danger.

Whoa- outlines- kinda thick, but love the strong, vivid colors behind Kyoko. Really fits her. The trees and hair must have been a really pain. Gulp.
