Finally! Summer Vacation~ After 3 days straight of entrance exams (not to count
the whole may and june) I'm finally free (still waiting for their results
though...)
From Keiyaku no Kuroneko. The scans seemed pretty interesting to me and lots of ideas just appeared. This is the first one, I have more two coming up, hopefully...
I did two versions because I couldn't decide which one looked better. I liked
the lips but they were outstading too much 
And
the whole brush/painting work was giving it much contrast and I wasn't really
liking. Anyways...
Not much to say except for the background. The part I vectored was like a
bookmark so there wasn't that much of a bg. I then created the rest of it, based
of the little there was. It was pretty fun. It looks like a jungle from those
little thumbnails 
5 AM now, I'm going to get some sleep 
(and yes...I did start this at midnight )

This version is certainly my favourite; the textures and skin-shading really soften the vector.
I instantly recognised the image, and it's nice to see such a respectful treatment, and yet a fun & quirky crop. Nice work!

expression (though we can't see the whole face 
) and because of the fact that we can't see her whole face

And the girl looks so soft
when i first saw the thumbnail i thought it was a jigoko shoujo wallpaper.. the girl looks kinda similar like enma.. anyways.. this is just a great piece of work. i like the colors and that you didn't vector her head (I don't know if she has a head in the original scan). it's really nice and i am glad you added a textureless version=D
So lovely, the color combination makes the wall look very fresh and exotic. I haven't seen many walls to use this color scheme and this style. The vectoring is lovely and I like how you blurred the girl's lips. Keep up the good work!

off. My favourite version is the textured one with the face, but the faceless is
good too. Really nice job!~
