nothing special. i took a page of the dogs manga, vectored it, and shaded with gradients and my own patterns. i tried to add more to it but i hated how it turned out. so i took a step back and added a touch of text, although not all of it is true to the plot of dogs. i'm still not satisfied with it, but it's as good as it's going to get for a while. (i'm barely making progress towards recovery from my creativity slump. D:)
note: left side has three phrases and the weirdly position one is supposed to be "I, in pursuit of blood..." even though i omitted the comma; right side is the same, with the chopped up one being "You, in regret of tears...". i know this doesn't really work, but please bare with me for the sake of the left-side-right-side text correspondence. think of it as "You, in regret of my tears...". (i could have put "I, in pursuit of her blood..." to make everything make sense, but i don't want to introduce a third person.)

The vectoring is good and with the addition of the texture it gives a very smooth image
