This wallpaper is an entry for the Moar Plz! project initiated by Flyindreams. It sounded like fun to me but actually I wanted to wait for a series I'm more familiar with than 'Nodame Cantabile', in the end I got tired of waiting and decided to make a Nodame wall after all. I don't have to be a die-hard fan to appreciate good art after all, do I?.
I vectored this scan and used different colored outlines, because I always wanted to try that and I thought it would compliment the simplicity of the scan. I'd decided to use a scenic background right from the beginning but that part actually gave me a little more trouble than I'd planned. I started with a simple grassy background but that looked horrible and boring so I browsed around a little and decided that the background from this scan was quite fitting. I'm not really good when it comes to scenic backgrounds, so I hope things don't look that bad to you. In case any of you had a wall for this in the making, I'm terribly sorry for submitting mine first.
Textures and patterns for this wallpaper were taken from: DA!,
Appendix Squared and Hybrid Genesis.

Love the soft atmosphere :D Beautiful vector + coloring. If you haven't seen or read Nodame Cantabile I highly highly recommend it... definitely one of my all-time favorite recent shows for awesome characters / story that involves classical music to boot. Thanks bunches! xD
