I don't have much experience with oil pastels, but I've worked with them a few times and I always got frustrated xD Anyway, I really like the title...It's inspiring :o I also like the way you shaded the hair, all the different colors blended together look nice :3 Great work!

ey. really like the colors.. i myself have never tried using chalk pastels so i have no idea how difficult it'd be but like i said very nice.
the top of her head looks flat and should be rounder... LOVE her face, though. a nice smile and i love her large eyes. it's cute and looks like it came from an old-school shoujo manga. keep it up.

Waa, Xan-chan is submitting something! And it's a doujinshi! So cool~ >w<
I loved her hair~ you used so many different colors, and it's so curvy and flowy~ :D
The traces of wind too, they are so cute~ >w<
I just think her head is a bit weird... maybe the part behind the bangs should have been longer... that sounds complicated, lol~ xDDD
Anyway, I loved her expression and the feeling of freedom it gives~ the wind looks pretty cold, she could use a scarf probably~ XD XD
Good job, and keep submitting too! lol~ xDDD
