Cure idea for rain and great vector,
looks very clean and smooth.
The text is a bit too big
and it sitting on top is kinda distracting
and blocks the nice sun you made.

I can't believe this has just so few comments. Great vector, I love the outlines, it's pretty and clean. The only thing I don't like is the font you used and I wish the sun could be a little more abstract to fit the rain.
