Hello, this is a new wallie from me, this one is also part of my UP layout, but,
for making the wallpaper, I decided to do some extrawork on here. 
Let me see.. I don't know the name of the characters, I just found the scan
ramdomly. 
I made this wall on Photoshop CS3, the number of layers were 9, which three of
them are duplicated layouts, the time I used to make it was of two hours.
>< It was not hard but I tried to make it look nice, which means: I put a
lot of effort on this, too ^^'
Most of the wall is effects, if u can see 
~~
I decided to name it Hello Moon, becuase I had already a spherical form there,
so I decided to put some brushes and some effects on the spherics's layer so
that I'll convert like a moon itself ^^
So, that's it! You can comment fav or critic (please do that ><), so that I can improve quallity
EDIT: I don't know why the preview is so... grummy there.. but, in my computer, it seems well, so please, don't say that its ugly ><
