Here's a drawing I did for my dearest friend, Cammy. She wanted me to draw her a Lolita drawing. (and she gave her the name, Alice) I tried to attempt a loli dress for her, so I hope it looks somewhat loli >_>; I also was experimenting with color and decided to color with a gradient on top. It was totally fun coloring it like this xD My concept for this is really lacking since I had a lot running through my mind for the composition. She was originally going to be a broken puppet with a stage in the back, but I really wanted to add cards into the drawing so I scrapped the stage idea. I hope it turned out alright .__.

The drawing of the character looks good. And I like the concept of string-and-wire incorporated with the doll. It just reminds me of the song "No String Attached" by N'Sync.
The overall composition is nice. Though maybe if the alphabets for the word "ALICE" is properly constructed this could be a lot more better. :D

Eheh, great concept, and i can see some eyepatch and dots under the eye again ;). Character design and clothes are really nice. As for the color gradient, i like the lower grey-scale part better, i think it fits the mood of the piece better (but maybe that's because it's emphazised by the color gradient in the upper part !).
Anyway, good job once again :D
