The idea, and key traits are Lil Mayer but the character here looks completely different.
Very well done, and I'm impressed, at the sketch.
So it was; free hand draw > scan > edit in PS, and this is the outcome?
If so then a wonderful job, well done!
Artist Comment
^_^'This is a tribute to an anime I watched to the end-ERGO PROXY.
This is the female lead Lil Mayer who is very distinctive with her eye makeup! There re lots of fantastic shots in this
anime to chose from and some cool characters too (look for PINO coming soon! :o)
the sketch took about an hour--another couple hours in PS CS3. The kanji is something Lil held in high value.
Enjoy, Minna-san! :hmpf:

thanks for your comments--to anwer your question:
I stopped the vid and sketched various frames as I watch the anime then later I work on the sketch. There is always some thing that makes me pause --in the case of LIL it was the look in her eyes! ;) -

Great job on Re-l's eyes, though the face seems a bit....long? Maybe it's the nose, hmm. Not trying to bash your work, just saying.
Re-l = awesome
