NOW THE REAL
THING:
I really like this composition of vector and background, simply the best! 
Vector was hard and yet easy to be done. Hard because I had to reconstruct her
hand, and I absolutely like it, and her shoulder, which was different because of
the position of the hand, so I had to change it too. You can see on the scan
what I was talking about. For colors I used ones from this vector of mine for her
hair and for the skin I used colors that I liked (from my head).
I really like how I made it and Euphie is REAL BEAUTY

Beautiful work, seems simple yet complicated.
Would be more sensitive if you were to make her more pale, with pale blue under her eyes in her dying moments in the anime.
But this is a job well done, and surely many will like, keep up the good work!

wanted to comment that the filename is a little wonky; it appears to have a
colon in it, which doesn't translate well (on mac it just made a directory; very
strange). had to change the filename when I saved it.

just that the lower lip is too big, you could edit it..you don't have to follow exactly unless of course you like it...and the inside of her mouth is the same color as her skin...
