first saw the scan,I felt in love with it and started vectoring like crazy,hoping no one is gonna do it before me!I
thank god I succeeded :D
At first,scan seemed really hard to make,and when I saw C.C's hair and how many lines are there...oh,god how I hate
making those damn outlines...I'll definitely try to vector without them,but I'm not sure if that will look
good...somehow vectors with outlines are much more nice then the other ones...
Anyways,the coloring of this is simple,hope that won't be a bother...I was so anxious to finish this,that I realy
didn't have time to make this too much detailed...so sorry about that O_o
The cherry blossoms in the background were a stock image,I think...I found them floating on the net as I usually find
cool stuff...

I knew that someone will vector and wall this... But I didn't expect it to be this fast o_0
I think the overall is nice ^^
But some background is blank near C.C and Lelouch's hand.
And some bars of the window doesn't reach the end... Maybe you should re-check the background~ ^^
Some parts of the background seems undone.... -

i love it, i love the light, and the scenery out of the window is lovely,but i think something is wrong with window behind lulu,but i dont care,since vector is goregous

The overall wallie looks nice and somehow "peaceful" ^_^' But i think there is a small flaw in the wallie and that's Lulu's Zero Mask. The mask lacks some details and it looks more like an additional drawing to the wallie rather than "included" in the wallie. Well, this is just my humble opinion about your wallie, hope you're not offended by any means :)
