Wonderful artwork. I think i see your Suzuhira hiro influence ^_^ You made really a great job at finding the same style of proporitions she use and a similar expression.
I really like how designed her hair and the colours you chose for it and for her face. I might say there is a little finition problem as kaitouThea mentioned. I think you could work a bit more on how you design the eyes ; it's interesting but they look a bit apart of her face ... quite a strange feeling.
But i think you should really continue like this because you are doing an incredible job of great quality. Moreover, you draw an original character which looks really great and attract directly the viewer.

Whoa, this is wonderful, it really looks like a pro design ! The character is okay, though the lines are a bit simple and you could use some more detail (toes, ankle) and work a bit more on the proportions (especially her legs).
But your bg is amazing, great painting and lighting there, and the contrast between the anime-esque character and the painted bg is splendid.Thumbs up :D
