Fun Part: Hair
Hardest Part: C.C's clothing and reconstructing her hair, mostly the bottom half
of the scan
Started back in late February and took a long break after that, don't know why,
it's just how it is for me. ^_^
Loved the scan and I was thinking hard if I could accomplish something like this
and I did! I figured no one was going to vector this until I saw pandemonium91
vector here. I actually
finished this a week ago, but since pandemonium91 vector was sent in first, I
waited for a week because it makes it look weird to me to have to same vectors
side by side. Well, at least both of ours are completely different. Thanks goes
to Fenafir for pointing out how bad
C.C's belts were, so I modified it.

i love the neat line art, even though its too fat for my tastes, but still great job with shapes
all the colours look good except the eyes, looks like theyre 50% transparent on a white background
but anyway, i see how much work u put in it so im not faving the pic but im faving ur work
