I bet most of you don't know the guy so I'll make the introductions.
He's the main character of the anime Mononoke, but he's also a character from Ayakashi, he appeared in the last three episodes. He had a great
success so the producers made an anime just for him. His name isn't mentioned,
he always introduces himself as a simple Medicine Seller. He's a skilled
exorcist that kills spirits releasing a sword. The anime has a funny texture on
the screen

Picture I used: Ksuriuri
I translated the text on the vector in the title.
It was really hard to complete since I decided to make the many outlines in
different colors. The coloring went smooth, but I lost some time on the
swirl-like things on his ribbon. I tried to make the textures as in the original
picture, but I couldn't find the exact same things, so I improvised. I also
didn't put the textures that were on his clothes because they don't exist in the
anime and I wanted to make him look close to reality.
As you can see the guy is almost
shadowless. In Mononoke he has no shadows on him at all, no one has, it's their
style; the creators concentrated their attention on backgrounds/clothing.
I forgot his lipstick

work on the colours. I understand that you didn't make the textures 'cause
they're not in the anime, but he also doesn't have those clouds in the green
parts in the anime ( I love them though 
) so

I've lost track of some of the previous Mononoke scans, but I've been waiting for more material (that doesn't come from a blacklisted site) before I create a gallery for this series. It's an incredibly beautifully crafted series, and you've done it justice with your vector. Not an easy piece to tackle, but you've done it well.
Woah! It's kusuriuri-san! The sexiest and most charming man alive! (sakurai~~~). I've also wanted to vector him before, but just like Kashi said, I'm also afraid to ruin the original styles. But! You did a great job here! I love everything about it! but it's seems like.. less texture, right? But oh well! I'm not complaining! Coz it's kusuriuri-san!
this is very gorgeous. I just adore the different colors of his outfit, very beautifully done. i like the flow of the fabric as well. great job on this vector!
