i like the great extraction of the scan! very clean and no bad rigdes!
the background is just cool with combination of retro and abstract :D

though it would be nice if you make the text a bit smaller, as for the sparkles on
the bg i suggest that you remove that... it ruined the retroic abstract theme OX
so pls...remove that but its your choice whether to remove that or not ^_^'

I present Jam Kuradoberi from Guilty Gear. She's cute and f'n tough. I don't what else to say... ehhehe
Anyways about the wall, I was going for a more street-look but it really doesn't suit the entire spark concept I did with Jam so I just accented her outlines with some splat and swirlies.
As for technicals, I made the background using command.com in Windows 95. I also found this neat program called Wordstar for DOS and I made the text there. X-P I cleaned the stock using my cellphone and then added the flare with OpenOffice Impress. Take that Photoshop masters!
EDIT:
I remove the sparkles because Zaira said so! eheheheh X-P But I dunno why they still show up in the enlarged version so I urged everyone to please download it fullsize. You won't regret it!

Colors are soft but nice. Text is somewhat big, steals the spotlight nung image. That's just me. Gusto ko din yung flare effects. Woot! Sparkles are a no-no. XD
Nagpasama lang yung nasa bottom left.. HAHAHAHA! Kidding! Nicely done.

I have never really liked that art piece for Jam. But this wall is just too damn good! I can't put it any better than what zaira just stated, all the little art nuances in that wall is intoxicating.
