well it the scan really is cute, but i think its too dirrty to use it for walls, clean vector would look 1000 times better
bright characters lok a bit weird comparing to the bg, since its normal
grass needs more colour cause now it looks like one green spot, and the mountains look too flat and surreal, i mean theres too much of them, looks like this ^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^
clouds look like a square, i think round clouds look better

First of all, the extraction of the scan is wonderfull, and if it was a vector it wouldn't turn out that soft on the the wall, it will probably make a horrible contrast with the smooth bg.
About the background, it looks great. It maches really well with the scan. The clouds are lovely, and not that square as my bro said... they look great as they are. Love the petals they allways give a special touch to the wall. ^.^ And plus, i love Fuuko-chan! X3 she's soooo kawaii!

Like the scenery. The mountains might be a bit too blurry but my backgrounds are always too smudgy so oh well
Also the clouds seem a bit varied...but then again so are real clouds
And the brightness is a bit much, but I understand why you did it that way.
