i vectored Van and that robot! lol i dunno what's his name! maybe escaflowne?
anyways after i finished vectored them , i downloaded some brushes from www.deviantart.com and i made the background from them [ as for the clouds
they're made by the smudge tool ] , and then i added one texture also from DA and i changed the colors! ^^
