I found this scan while I was just going through some random anime sites.
I wasn't suppose to vector it, but then after watching an episode of the anime, I felt somewhat inspired *LOL*
I choose Teela cuz I just love that serene aura she has and she's my fav character in Candidates for Goddess..plus, she
kinda reminds me of CC XD

Difficulty: Moderate..I guess ^_^' Her hair is the most complicated part. Still
working on improving my outlines ^_^'

I admit I'm with the mainstream on this I like Kizna best XD especially as drawn by Sugisaki-sensei (the anime is of lesser quality).
AS to the vector - I like those bold lines - they're pretty nice and rather different from the latest thriving for the thinnest lineart. The colours are neat, the vector overall is nice XD
To me she doesn't look like CC... but then I'm not a fan of CG so I might be missing something XD -
