Wow..the thumbnail makes the sun rays look really bright...they aren't really that bright.
My two favorite characters from Da Capo. Even though Nemu is my favorite. I sort
of have a crush on her. 
Before
I tell about the wallpaper...if anyone knows Japanese and can help answer this question
I'd greatly appreciate it. I really want to know..badly. It took a lot longer
than it should have because I got kind of bored with vectoring...so I did very
little each day. I also got readdicted to a computer game..so that took up
majority of my free time.
Difficulty: Easy
Time: A couple of weeks (off and on)
Stuff changed: The original had Nemu and Yoriko laying on the grass, but I
wanted something airier. I also brightened up their skin color because the
original was like a pale and greyish color and it was kind of creepy.
Background: Not much to it, I found a picture of clouds and did some paiting
over it. The texture is from Desktop Anime I believe.
Hope you like it, I needed a spring wall since after all....it's finally starting to look like spring.

You've gotten really skilled in this now, haven't you, Scott? Love the colours on the two girls...they look sort of softly lit. Like kashikosa says , wonderful use of gradients. I like the crispness of the hair of that girl in green...sorry, I've never watched Da Capo so I'm not sure of her name. One thing though; when I just enlarged it, I could see that her arm closer to the top looked a bit out of proportion...however, in the full-sized version, I couldn't really tell anyway. The background is indeed airy...looks like they're hovering in the air or something. If I think to much about that, I almost get vertigo. Just me being weird. :P Actually to tell the truth, if you put shadows and some slight reflections in, it would look like a glassy surface, like the frozen face of a pond...but that would be a bit tougher not to mention, kind of strange... Anyway, this is a lovely vector!
