This image of Aeru and Neviril came from a promo poster for the PS2 game of Simoun. I really like its catchphrase ("watashi wa takaku, tada takaku, tobitakatta"), so I just named the wall a rough english translation of it. ^^
I extracted the image of the main couple, and combined it with a nice atmospheric background I found in one of my folders (I did not make the background). This wall took around 4-5 hours to complete. Cleaning off the text, and fiddling around with different ways to make the two mesh together took longer than I expected, but it was all good fun. I decided to try something new by incorporating the title into the wallpaper itself, as graffiti/embossing on the street wall. Hopefully it turned out okay!
Simoun is such a great show. <3
