Came across this Carnelian scan on AP by Sakuraneko a while ago and had a wallpaper idea floating around in my head, hopefully I pulled it off. The ivy brushes were by Midnightstouch over at Deviantart, and helped me cut down the time spent on this greatly. Overall it took about a week and over 100 layers (stopped counting after 120 :P).
I put a lot of effort into this, so I hope someone out there likes it ^_^.

i like how you did on bg! the pillars are greatly done!
also the water and its ripples.
but i have a same comment as Kalico said. the bg needs more details
like the leaves which i like it since the placement is nice though it need more
color or shading because it looks too plain, next is the back of the bg, well
i'm not sure if that is a waterfalls but i like the grainess also the flowing of water
but i guess the lighting is a bit bright and lasty the scan though i like the scan
used but it would be nice if you can make it a bit darker or some parts are
bright since the whole wall is a bit darker as said in your title it is hidden.
well that's all! overall i love you concept + the ripples are just awesome!
