Resizing/Vectoring/Painting = 
I don't remember ever putting so much
effort in a wallpaper. I don't even know where to start...
At first I wanted a 1600x1200 resolution, but since the picture is in .png
format after the resize I couldn't tell apart any line at all, it was a mess. I
guessed a lot of lines with the current resolution as well, but it was ok.
I added the bookcase since I couldn't think what that line in the original
picture was... didn't know what else to add so I put a whole collection of Icha
Icha Paradise on the last shelf.
I hope I got the shadows right... It was my second time vectoring a monochrome
picture and I used a lot of reference pictures (they can be found on
photobucket.com, they're way too many for me to show).
As for the title... you know the 'brotherly' friendship is a lie 
It took quite some time to make... Some stats:
Difficulty: 9/10 (there's always harder
no matter what you complete)
Layers: over 7 sets with almost 20
layers each (way more for the characters)
Time spent: 18th Feb 2008 - 9th March
2008 (can't believe I remembered it)
But no matter how you look at it, Naruto and Sasuke are the best fit for every
yaoi thoughts/walls/fics you can think of.

what really struck me the first time is the intention of the image... I have to
admit that it is an interesting love triangle.
What ever happened to Naruto? Is it a fine, thin line that divides friendship -and hate- from love...? o_O
Vectoring from such a small picture and it still looks great, I envy you I can't even vector screenshots so that they look good in the end. Really good color choices as well and I think Kishimoto is actually asking for it, with all the gayness he throws into their relationship, like Naruto going ballistic when Oro say "our (his and Kabuto's? lol) Sasuke", their "first kiss" etc. No more proof needed that those two will end up together.
