I like it, but you should really save it with a higher jpeg quality. I can see artifacts from it being overly compressed.

I loved this scan from the artbook so much. :D It could be a wallpaper all on it's own, but I wanted to do something to it. I don't remember much of what I did to it, since it was a while ago, but I'll try for you. x_x
I used a couple different colored gradients on it first, and then I have a.. I don't know what you call it, but it's a gradient that you can obviously tell it makes sections, which is giving the sun-ray effect that I wanted. The different gradients made it more evening-like, and a little more dramatic, I think. ^_^' Then I did the text, and used some blending options to make it glow all nice and pretty. :)
And who knows what else.... :hmpf: :sweat:
I think it took me a few hours or so. Hope you like!
