Artist Comment
I created this wallpaper a few minutes for use in my desktop, but my friends liked it so i decided share here.
This wallpaper was created use the Hurricane Girls from Bridget @ Animepaper, where after extracted and clear i use some effects for improve the color. The background i decided use a simple background for combine with style from Oda Eiichiro. I used the brush set Cloud Brushes ver.3 by cloud-no.9 @ Deviantart and used strokes and some effects for simulate same style of clouds contours, like Robin's image.
I decided create this wallpaper because i loved Nico Robin *-* And the low resolution is because the original image is low too. If someone make a vector from this image, i will update this wallpaper with a better resolution ^^v
