Straight off of my dA:

Kept pretty much the same scheme from my other Okami pic. I did actually draw the mirror and sword this time, though. (It's supposed to be the one you get from Ninetails... Yeah, no lightning sparking from my pic, but oh well. :D )

Yes, I know I said that obsessed people draw more than one fanart of something and that I was not obsessed... I just love the art. :XD:

Anywho, did the sketch and the inks during several lectures. It's a small drawing, 4x6 in., so I didn't get any glares. AND I kept writing notes, too. But yep... Coloring did not take long. It almost never does with me cuz' I'm lazy like that...

Used my India ink for the brush stroke. I thought that was a cool touch. (Heck, that concept is what kept me working on this pic. It originally didn't look this cool.)

I'm tired... Must sleep......

Media:
Pencil
Eraser
Pilot rollerball pen (The ink bleeds when combined with Copics and Prismas, just to warn you.)
India Ink
Copic and Prisma markers

^^ Wow I've never seen any Okami fanart (though I've never really thought to look). I love Okami and this piece is beautiful, very simple yet effective, just like the woodblock style in the game! ^_^

Great work, Keep it up! ^^ +fav

You can mix the colors so well together! I have copic markers and it's challenging for me to get what I want when I blend colors together. It always comes out wrong D: Anyway, I love the bright colors and the brush stroke across the drawing! Great work! :)

interesting, really nice and soft coloring really draws me. o.o I think this is really well done and wow it's from copic and prisma markers. ^^
